Buying a house is stressful, but Anthony and his team made the process manageable. Anthony is a great communicator, he is honest, gave great advice and had a quick turn around. All great qualities in a lender! We bought a bank owned property which makes everything 10x harder. 99% of our issues were due to the seller. We had a few hiccups with repeat paperwork, but Anthony and his team worked wonders to make the process as smooth as possible and got us into our house as quickly as possible. We appreciated their hard work and loved the lower than expected interest rate on our mortgage. We have and will again, recommend Anthony VanDyke to our friends and family.
