Let me him know your goals and he’ll give you mortgage options to make them happen. I worked with Anthony on the initial purchase and refinance of our house. He is amazing. When we initially purchased our home we had a lump sum to use toward down payment and renovations. He helped us determine the best loan for us, the price point of the home we should look at, how much of the lump sum to put as a down payment and what cash to keep for renovations. When we refinanced I was thinking we wanted a loan with fees but after talking to him about what we wanted to do with the house over the next few years he recommended a no fee loan and explained why that was a better option for us.
