“Smooth & Stress Free”
Working with Anthony at ALV Mortgage was a different experience. I worked with Anthony on my fourth home purchase. With my previous three homes I never knew exactly what the loan details were until I was either at closing or in one case late the night before closing.
Anthony set accurate expectations upfront and was transparent with me on everything. When I had questions Anthony would get online and do a gotomeeting with me and walk me through things to insure I understood the details. I have to say due to previous experiences I was very reluctant to believe what I was being told. However when we sat down at closing everything fell right into place and their wasn’t one single surprise. The entire process was very smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Anthony and ALV Mortgage to any home buyer and more specifically to home buyers that have had a bad experience with “Loan Guys” in the past.
