I wanted to take a few minutes and let you know that I have worked with hundreds of loan broker’s over the years in doing construction loans where the broker is delivering a construction loan to CCS Loans, Inc., and I have to tell you that I have NEVER worked with a broker that takes the time and the effort to work with a borrower with as much knowledge and research that you have done for our mutual client.
You are amazing to work with and I would not hesitate to refer a client to you knowing that you are doing everything possible in assisting a homeowner with challenges and finding a solution.
