Lock & Shop Options – Helping Offset Rising Rates

It’s no secret we are living in a rising interest rate environment. With a limited supply of homes for sale, it may take you longer to find a home you’d like to purchase. It could be a few months between your pre-approval and you going under contract. During this time interest rates have the potential to rise to the point where you no longer qualify for a mortgage, or you can’t afford a home in your price range.
