Refinance Fee Dropped

Recently the FHFA announced that it would be eliminating the adverse market refinance fee from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac home loans delivered after August 1st. In fact more borrowers than ever can benefit from a mortgage refinance right now! If you have been considering refinancing, now is the time! Give us a call and let's see if you how much you could benefit.
