Working with Anthony was the most amazing experience. On a whim, my wife and I decided to find out what we needed to do in order to purchase our first home. After researching loan types, we looked into a USDA loan, and were referred to Anthony from the US Government website. Anthony was straight up with us, and told us that while our credit was not well off enough at that time (in June ’14), that there was a list of a few things we could do that would put us in a position to qualify. There were LOTS of hurdles lol. After working on our finances for several months, Anthony got back to us, and helped us get our credit scores where they needed to be. Then the real magic happened. Anthony worked with us through the process of 2 failed offers, and helped us find the 3rd home- which turned out to be our dream home. He went so far and above the call of duty it’s nearly ridiculous. The offers went back and forth. He did so much to make sure that our loan got approved, met with us several times to discuss options, to clarify EVERYTHING. Then, when finally all was said and done, after Anthony had to get the loan processed manually, it came time to move in, the sellers had their move out day pushed back by their moving company, and we had to be out of our apartment on time. Anthony stepped in and got us a place to stay for the week between when we moved out of our apartment, and into the new house. I cannot recommend Anthony enough! This guy will work tirelessly to make sure you get your dream home. I’ve already recommended his services to everyone I know who’s looking to buy a house in the future. You really can’t go wrong with Anthony.
